THE BRAND STRATEGY
After careful consideration, we created a new logo that takes inspiration from the original butterfly logo. The design was distilled into to its most basic shapes, to create a clean and modern take on an iconic symbol of transformation.
The colour scheme evokes feelings of calm, clarity, optimism and order, which is representative of the experience the team strives for all their clients to have when they choose to engage 4gr to seek employment or to fill a new position.
The old website was clunky, outdated and hard to navigate. It also didn’t accurately reflect who 4gr are and what they do. The website strategy involved the development of an easy to navigate home page that speaks to each audience individually – wether you’re a job seeker, school leaver, parent or carer, employer, educator or industry partner. The core focus of the site is the clearly demonstrate the unique and innovative approach and educate the benefits of customised employment.
As part of the re-brand and strategy to expand the business interstate, new brand collateral was created which includes new business cards, letterhead, corporate folders, with comps slips, brochures and thank-you cards. This suite of branded tools work seamlessly together to empower the sales team to educate new clients and stakeholders on the 4gr vision and unique service offering.
