Maja Wolnik is a passionate book designer, brand strategist, soon-to-be author and founder of Maja Creative. She leads a brilliant creative team, overseeing the strategic and creative direction on all projects.
Eternally curious about people, design and business, Maja is committed to helping heart-centred and purpose-driven business owners, writers, entrepreneurs and creatives build meaningful, memorable, successful brands and beautiful books that positively impact the community.
Prior to launching Maja Creative, Maja clocked up over 20,000 expert hours honing her skills in the fields of graphic design, branding, marketing and brand strategy working in-house, in-studio and freelance in the broadest range of industries possible including government, manufacturing, travel, advertising, retail and publishing. Her breadth of experience over the last decade — including working and living across 3 different continents in Poland, Canada and Australia — has given her a unique worldly view of people and business.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising from RMIT University, studied fine art at Melbourne University (through Victorian College of the Arts), Direct Marketing at ADMA and Illustration at Emily Carr University. She continues to expand her knowledge in design, business and branding through courses, workshops and avid audio book listening.
Maja’s magic skill is to listen with empathy and translate her client’s visions into reality. She focuses on the latest neuro science research to get into people’s hearts and minds to create brands that truly connect, inspire, empower and delight.
